    We understand that repaired items may not need immediate installation after receipt at our customers’ sites. Therefore, the 1-year in-service warranty begins when you install your unit in your application, not while in storage or unused.

    We do not charge an evaluation fee for repairs, but if you are looking for a comprehensive failure report with no repair, there is a USD 350 for “Test Only” reports, which is waived if the client approves a repair quote on that item.

    No return merchandise authorization (RMA) is needed. Our CMS allows us to accept repair items, warranty considerations, and sales returns without issuing prior RMA’s.

    We encourage clients to include their company location, contact information, and a list of parts requiring service with any shipment.
